Founded 2022

More than a clinic. A second home.

We founded Early Start on a simple belief: Clinical therapy should be a perfect blend of rigorous skill development and the comforting warmth of family life.

About Chroma Early Start
Our Purpose

\"To help every child and family feel seen, supported, and capable by bringing education, pediatric therapy, behavioral assessment, and family-centered care together through Chroma Family Services.\"

From Chroma Early Learning to Chroma Family Services.

Chroma Early Start began with a mission to redefine what early intervention should feel like. We did not want families to choose between clinical rigor and human warmth.

Since then, we have grown into a network of clinics across Metro Atlanta, while keeping the same family-centered standards that shaped our first center.

Early Start’s Journey: From Family Project to Pediatric Therapy Leader

These four principles shape how we design programs, coach teams, and partner with parents.

Unconditional Joy

We believe childhood should still feel joyful, even in highly structured clinical work.

Radical Safety

Physical and emotional safety are foundational to every care plan and every session.

Clinical Excellence

We use data responsibly to support progress without sacrificing humanity or play.

Open Partnership

Parents are partners, not spectators. We prioritize clarity, transparency, and shared goals.
